Mouse Issues:
Thanks to http://www.petri.co.il/forums/archive/index.php/t-19387.html I have come across a fix to some problems I ran into with the mouse.

I have an HP 8510p that I use daily at work. I currently am working in getting a demo running with ESX running in Workstation. (check out the attached white paper) One problem I immediately ran into was when I upgraded my system's RAM, I suddenly had problems booting. I was getting an error with Event ID: 1015 with the message "...C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe, failed with status code 255..." What?!

Found a out a few days ago that I passed my Windows 2008 Beta Exam 70-246. Not all that impressive all things considered, but it makes me feel better about failing my first shot on 70-296. That is the transition from 200 0 to 2003 MCSE. Finally, I passed my VMware VCP test today! That made my day. So now I get some VMware goodies and I am one more test away from an MCSA on 2008. Hope that was enough acronyms for you?!

So I have been tasked with moving an old NT4 server off some legacy hardware into our virtual infrastructure. Required some digging around to sort out what tools I can and can't use, so I thought I would summarize them here for you.
